Wade M. McNichols - Home Page
I am an attorney whose practice focuses on the following kinds of cases:
Criminal defense (including traffic and DUI cases): I work to provide zealous representation to my clients.
I am not afraid to take criminal cases to trial. I have had specialized trial practice training from the Trial Lawyers College.
This training focuses on trying cases to juries using persuasion methods that have been proven to win.
I will thoroughly research the laws applicable to your case and I will keep you informed
of the various options that you might have available. I will do
my best to win for you. If that is not possible, I will do all
I can to get you the best result possible in your circumstances.
A brief outline of the major criminal cases I have handled since my office has been open is located here
College and University Criminal Law: I routinely represent students charged with crimes. These usually involve drugs or alcohol, but sometimes can extend to assaults or sex crime allegations. For more information, see the "College Life and Criminal Law" link on this site.
Family law: I have been practicing family law, in one form or another, for most of my legal career. I have represented mothers, fathers and children in Juvenile and Circuit Courts. I am currently taking cases involving child custody and support, as well as some divorces. I know that for many family law clients, their relationship with me starts at one of the most difficult times of their lives. In these cases, I endeavor to provide my clients with as many different options for pursuing their interests and their children’s interests as possible.
Collections: I represent clients in pursuing and collecting debts from customers, vendors and others who may owe them money.
Contract disputes: I represent clients in disputes involving various kinds of agreements, including real estate contracts, sales agreements and landlord-tenant disputes.
My office is located in Christiansburg, Virginia. I represent clients in the counties of Montgomery, Pulaski, Floyd, Wythe, Giles and Bland, and in the city of Radford.
The purpose of this site is to provide general information about my law firm and the kinds of law that I practice. None of the information contained on this site is legal advice. If you have a legal problem of your own, you should consult an attorney personally so that you can obtain advice that specifically relates to your problem.
